Exercise and moving is incredibly important when we reach our senior ages. It allows us to stay as independent as possible and enjoy life to the full. Often with age we lose some of our strength and can have a decline in our ability to walk due to balance fatigue and strength n

We can provide specialist strength training for people above the age of 65 to help them improve and maintain their strength, independence and fitness. We us a range of different exercises from using weight’s, resistance bands, walking steps and games to get you moving. We can also devise a plan to get you walking further wether that’s a few metres or miles! 

We can tailor the sessions to you based on your current abilities, disabilities, mobility and confidence. This is a great service for people that struggle to get out or want more from there lives but their physical status is holding them back.
